摘要 云南某铅锌冶炼厂为铅锌冶炼大型企业,原有石灰中和法处理后废水难以达到完全回用和零排放的目的,因此需进行深度处理工程技术改造。在优化原有石灰中和法工艺参数基础上,新增生物化学脱钙系统、膜深度处理系统和MVR蒸发系统。生物化学脱钙后出水达到《地表水环境质量标准(GB 3838-2002)》Ⅲ类标准,膜处理出水达到了工业锅炉补给水(GB 1576-2008)标准,真正实现了废水全部回用和零排放。工程实践表明,该深度处理工程具有工艺简单、运行稳定、处理效果好和处理成本低等优点,这为重金属冶炼废水深度处理和污染控制提供了很好的借鉴作用。

Abstract: It was difficult for a large lead and zinc smelter in Yunnan province to achieve the purpose of complete reuse and zero discharge through lime neutralization treatment. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the deep treatment technology. Biochemistry decalcification system, membrane deep treatment system and MVR evaporation system were added to the treatment system after optimizing the process parameters of the original lime neutralization. The water quality achieved the Ⅲ category of Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water (GB 3838-2002) by the biochemistry decalcification process. And the application of the membrane deep treatment made the water quality met the Industrial Boilers Supply Water Quality Criterion (GB 1576-2008) in China. The above processing technology achieved the complete reuse and zero discharge of wastewater. The engineering practice indicated that the deep treatment project in this study had the advantages of simple process, stable operation, good treatment effect and low cost, which provides a good reference for deep treatment and pollution control of heavy metal smelting wastewater.
