摘要 

子囊霉素作为大环内脂类的免疫抑制剂,在自身免疫疾病的治疗以及器官移植中抗排斥反应方面具有显著的作用,有关子囊霉素的生物研究有巨大的药用价值和市场价值。对子囊霉素的理化性质和免疫抑制活性、子囊霉素生物合成基因簇、子囊霉素合成前体以及发酵法生产子囊霉素等方面进行了综述,同时结合系统生物学和合成生物学对子囊霉素的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract

Ascomycin exhibits biological and pharmacological activities as a class of immunosuppressants. It has been proved ascomycin has significant role on organ transplantation, treatment of autoimmune diseases and anti-rejection reaction, and that ascomycin has great drug and market value. The physical, chemical characteristics and immunosuppressive of ascomycin are summarized in this paper. Moreover, the gene cluster and precursors of biosynthesis of ascomycin, and the optimization of fermentation are reviewed and discussed. Furthermore, the development of ascomycin combining with system biology and synthetic biology is also prospected.
