摘要 

将聚苯胺球磨分散于聚酰胺-651中并通过离心过程除去混合物中的大颗粒聚苯胺。分别以离心前后的混合物为固化剂,与环氧树脂E-51混合,制备出PANI和C-PANI防腐涂层。将涂层浸泡于95℃,12%的NaCl (质量分数,下同)溶液中并对比涂层的韧性、防腐性能以及附着性能。实验结果表明:聚苯胺可以有效改善涂层的韧性和防腐性能。其中离心处理后获得的C-2.0% PANI涂层综合性能最佳,在高温盐溶液中浸泡70 d后开裂,开裂后的金属表面基本无腐蚀反应。

Abstract

The first compound was prepared by dispersing polyaniline into polyamide-651via ball-milling. The second one was formed by removing bigger particles of the first compound by means of centrifugation. PANI and C-PANI coatings were prepared by mixing those two compounds with Epoxy resin E-51. The anti-corrosion performances and adhesion force of the coatings were characterized by immersing the samples in 12% NaCl solution at 95℃. The toughness of different coatings for different immersion time was also evaluated. The experimental results indicate that polyaniline can improve coating's toughness and anti-corrosion performance effectively. It was also found that C-2.0%PANI which could be effective in saline solution of high temperature for more than 70 days has the best combination property.
