摘要 

为提高电化学回收酸性氯化铜蚀刻液中阳极的电化学活性,用尿素对石墨毡进行氮掺杂修饰,并将掺杂后的石墨毡用做酸性蚀刻液电解回收阳极。通过FT-IR、XPS分析了氮掺杂后石墨毡电极的元素成分及官能团形式,结果显示氮掺杂后的石墨毡含氮量增加2.68%;利用CV曲线、LSV曲线及电解实验考察了氮掺杂后石墨毡电极的电化学性能,发现700 ℃下处理12 h的石墨毡电极对Cu(I)/Cu(II)电对表现出最强的电化学活性。

Abstract

In order to improve the electrochemical activity of anode in the electrochemical regeneration of acidic cupric chloride etchant, the graphic felt anode is doped with nitrogen using urea. X-Ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) are performed to characterize the elements and functional groups on the graphic felts. The results show that the nitrogen content of graphic felt increases by 2.68%. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV)are adopted to investigate the electrochemical properties of the graphic felt. The graphic felt treated in 700 ℃ for 12 h exhibits the best electrochemical activity toward Cu(I) oxidation.
