摘要 

采用燃烧合成法制备了6种镍基双金属催化剂,考察了其与活性炭协同催化聚丙烯成炭及燃烧性能。结果表明,Ni-Al、Ni-Mg双金属催化体系的催化活性优于单一Ni金属,成炭率分别达到43.7%和41.8%,能够形成以碳纳米管为主的致密炭质保护层且能大大降低聚丙烯的热释放速率。Ni-Co催化体系对成炭效果提高不大,但能够改善炭层的结构;Ni-Cu、Ni-Zn、Ni-Fe催化体系对促进PP成炭效果较差。

Abstract

Six kinds of Ni-base catalysts were prepared by combustion method and then their catalytic carbonization and combustible properties for polypropylene were tested. The results showed that the catalytic activity of Ni-Al and Ni-Mg catalytic systems are better than single Ni catalyst,the residual char of PP are 43.7% and 41.8%, respectively, compact char layer mainly composed of carbon nanotubes was formed and the peak heat release speed(PHRR)was decreased dramatically. There was a little difference between Ni-Co and Ni catalytic system of residual char, but the formers of structure of char layer is superior to the latter. Catalytic carbonization of Ni-Cu, Ni-Zn and Ni-Fe system were less effective than Ni catalyst.
