摘要 小分子光伏材料具有化学结构确切、易于纯化以及合成可重复性好的特点,并且相对于聚合物,小分子材料具有相对明确的结构-性质关系,因而其理化性质的可调节性更强。另一方面,小分子材料可适用于不同的器件制备工艺,例如真空蒸镀或湿法工艺。当今研究人员已合成了大量的小分子材料作为电子给体应用于有机太阳能电池研究中,基于此类材料的单异质结器件最高效率已达到了6.7%。对不同类型的电子给体型小分子光伏材料近期研究进展进行了综述,并对此类材料的未来发展进行了探讨。

Abstract: Small molecular photovoltaic materials, owing to their distinct chemical structures, easier purification and well-reproducible synthesis, have attracted considerable attention in recent years. Furthermore, the structureproperty relationships of these materials are better understandable in comparison with polymeric materials, indicating a better tenability of their properties. In terms of processability, vacuum deposition as well as solution process can be used for small molecular materials in device preparation. Nowadays a large number of small molecular electron-donating materials have been synthesized and applied widely in organic photovoltaics. Remarkable power convert efficiency (PCE) of 6.7% has been achieved for single-junction devices based on small molecules. In this paper, the application of different type small molecular electron donors is reviewed and the future development of these materials is discussed.
