摘要 旋转式能量回收装置(RERD)是反渗透海水淡化系统中的关键设备之一,对降低系统运行成本起到重要作用。本研究采用流体力学软件FLUENT,建立RERD装置三维非稳态滑移网格模型,研究分析了转速和流速对装置盐度场分布、混合度和效率的影响规律,获得了可实现装置混合度≤4%和能量回收效率≥98%运行效果的适宜操作条件,模拟结果对RERD实用化开发具有理论指导意义。

Abstract: Rotary energy recovery device (RERD), a significant equipment for Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO), plays an important role in reducing the operating cost of the system. By using the computational fluid dynamics software of FLUENT, a threedimensional and unsteady Moving Mesh model of the RERD was firstly established. Effects of rotating speed and inlet flow rate on RERD’s stream salinity contours, volumetric mixing and efficiency were studied and analyzed, the optimum operational conditions to control the mixing below 4% and efficiency above 98% were gained at the same time. This simulation results can provide theoretical guidance for the practical development of RERD.
