摘要 硫酸根离子是氯碱工业中常见的杂质之一,它的存在有诸多危害。综述了国内外硫酸根离子脱除的研究状况,指出了目前各类脱除方法的优缺点,认为锆系复合材料的制备成功后,以其作为吸附材料的新脱除方法可以克服现有脱除方法的诸多缺点。分析了材料制备过程中的影响因素,提出了锆系复合材料的制备思路。

Abstract: In chloralkali industry, sulfate is one of the common impurities and has lots of hazards. This paper summarized the development of sulfate removal, pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of removal methods and considered that the new removal method equiped with Zr(IV) composites could overcome the defects of the present methods after the successful preparation of new materials. The influence factors in the preparation process were analyzed and idea to prepare Zr(IV) composites was proposed.
