摘要 在内径φ100mm塔中,以苯-四氯碳化为物系,对具有不同网纹构型的丝网波纹填料的传质性能进行了研究,获得了在不同回流比下,填料的等板高度HETP与动能因子F的关系。研究结果表明,网纹构型对丝网波纹填料的传质性能有一定的影响。

Abstract: The mass transfer Performance of corrugated wire gauze packings with different net structures were studied in a 100mm ID tower with benzene-carbon tetrachloride system. The relationships of HETP and F for different reflux ratios were obtained. The results showed there exists certain effect of net structure of corrugated wire gauze Packings on its mass transfer performance.
