摘要 本实验初步探讨了压力状况下(0.5~2.5MPa)细颗粒的流化特性,对众多流化床设计的基本参数进行了测定。本文着重讨论压力和内部构件两因素对初始流化状况的影响并用Ergun方程进行理论分析和计算。结果发现与实验现象相符较好,进一步说明Ergun方程在加压情况下的适用性。

Abstract: Experiments were carried out under pressure( 0.5~2.5MPa) with three kinds of fine particles(Fcc, glass bead, sand) in a fluidized bed φ98mm and 2000mm long. Several parameters with regard to the design of pressurized fluidized bed reactors were investigated. This paper emphasizes on the effects of pressure and of three kinds of internals especially the vertical type on the incipient fluidized state. At the same time, Ergun equation is used to analyze theoretically the experimental phenomena and calculate the minimum fluidization velocity. It is noted that experimental results are in good accordance with what predicted from the Ergun equation.
