摘要 针对直馏柴油碱洗电精制和硫酸中和法回收环烷酸间歇工艺存在的问题,本文首次采用乙醇—水作为萃取剂,对直馏柴油进行萃取精制,可同时获得精制直馏柴油和环烷酸产品。实验室研究表明,本方法不产生乳化现象,不需要高压电场,油剂分相快,不腐蚀设备,无废液排放,操作费用低,对直馏柴油的萃取精制已达到碱洗电精制的效果,完全克服了现有工艺的缺点。

Abstract: To treat some problems which are present in the caustic washing and electric field treating for straight diesel distillate and in the batch process of recovering naphthenic acid by means of sulfuric acid neutralization, this paper primarily takes the ethanol-water as an extraction solvent to treat the straight-run diesel oil and simultaneously obtain naphthenic acid products. The laboratory research shows that the advantages of this method are: no emulsification, no need of high electric field intensity, rapid separation of oil and solvent, no corrosion for vessels, no waste liquid to dispose and lower operation cost. Meanwhile, the refined straight diesel distillate can completely reach the specifications of oil from the processes of caustic washing and electric treatment.
