Abstract��
In this paper, 2,5 Dimethoxyl 4 Chloro Nitrobenzene was prepared with a total yield of 66 6% on basis of the primary material 1,4 dihydroxyl benzene by methylation with dimethyl sulfate, chloration with sulfuryl chloride or chlorine gas and nitration with dilute nitric acid, respectively. Especially,the optimum condition of chlorine gas chloration was determined by the method of orthogonal experiment design.
