摘要 本文对用2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶酮以常压催化氢化法合成2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶醇进行了研究。重点研究采用塔式反应器时影响催化氢化的有关因素,如催化剂的性能、用量、三丙酮胺的浓度、溶剂的选择等。建立了常压催化氢化合成哌啶醇的方法。确定了有关技术参数,在最佳条件下哌啶醇的产率达97%,纯度达99%。

Abstract: he catalytic hydrogenation of 2,2,6,6tetramethyl4piperidone to 2,2,6,6tetramethyl4piperidinol was studied in the present paper.The reaction conditions,including nature of catalysts,concentration of triacetone and solvents,etc.,were investigated systematically when the reaction was carried out in a fluidizedbed tower reactor.The reaction parameters were optimised.The yield of 2,2,6,6tetramethyl4piperidinol is up to 97% under optimum reaction conditions.Thus,a novel route to synthesize 2,2,6,6tetramethyl4piperidinol by catalytic hydrogenation of triacetoneamine was established.
