带导流筒的下喷环流反应器的模拟及研究

摘要本文通过引入二维拟均相κ－ε模型方程，建立了描述气液下喷环流反应器内管流区流体流动规律的数学模型，并进行了求解，模型值与试验值吻合较好。以空气－水－玻璃球为研究物系，对有导流筒的下喷式环流反应器中局部液相性能进行了较深入研究，并分析了各种参数对反应器内流体流动状况的影响

Abstract： The mathematical model of liquid flow under pipe flow region in reverse jet loop reactor was deduced from equation of twodimension pseudohomogeneous phase,solutions of the model agreed with experimental data.Local fluid property of the reverse jet loop reactor with draft tube was investigated in airwaterglassy ball system.Effects of working conditions and structural parameters on flow state in the reactor were studied.
